Carpentry has been in my family for generations. My grandfather spent his entire career as a cabinet maker, building his own house and teaching my dad valuable lessons with a hammer and nails. I was fortunate at an early age to benefit from those lessons as well. My father, a carpenter among other things, patiently taught me basic carpentry skills. Through many failed bike jump iterations, one of my fondest memories was taking spill after spill on a jump that we had made together. I have since learned many different aspects of the construction industry from countless people. I've learned how physically demanding commercial construction can be in high school. In college I became extremely proficient in house painting, learning from a master painter. After college, my wife joined the military and we moved to the east coast where I apprenticed for a well known furniture maker, built and installed high end cabinetry and worked at a hardwood lumber millwork shop. With our recent move to the Kitsap Peninsula, it made sense to combine construction disciplines and form a business to provide knowledgeable, professional and friendly service.
